He was warm, cordial and inclusive. I mentioned that I had always been fascinated by Aikido, and he invited me to his dojo that evening for a workout. He never placed me in the backround and made this total beginner feel right at home. I have never forgotten that. At age 68, I have started serious study in Aikido and will always hold his memory in high esteem. He teaches still...
